Lauer House is a family-owned Greek restaurant located in Sarti, Halkidiki, Greece, operating since 2005. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lauer House.

4. Reservations
4.1 Making a Reservation
Reservations can be made through:
- Our online reservation system (Eateio)
- By telephone
- In person at the restaurant
All reservations are subject to availability. We will confirm your reservation via email or phone.
4.2 Reservation Requirements
- Reservations require a valid name, email address, and phone number
- Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies when booking
- Large group reservations (8+ guests) may require additional confirmation
- We reserve the right to request a deposit for large bookings or special events
4.3 Cancellations and No-Shows
- Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 24 hours in advance
- We will hold your table for 15 minutes after the reserved time
- No-shows may affect future reservation privileges
- For groups of 8 or more, cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance
4.4 Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests (seating preferences, dietary needs, celebrations), but we cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
5. Restaurant Policies
5.1 Dining Experience
- We welcome guests of all ages, including children
- Smart casual attire is appreciated
- Smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant as per Greek law
- We offer both indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting)
5.2 Food and Allergies
Allergy Warning: Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform your server of any allergies before ordering.

- We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions when informed in advance
- Fish and seafood are subject to daily availability from local fishermen
5.3 Payment
- We accept cash (Euros) and major credit/debit cards
- Prices on the menu include applicable taxes (VAT)
- Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory
- We do not accept personal checks or cryptocurrency
5.4 Live Music Events
Live music is offered on select evenings (typically Wednesdays and Thursdays during summer season). By attending live music nights, you acknowledge:
- Sound levels may be elevated during performances
- The schedule is subject to change without notice
- Reservations for music nights are recommended as seating is limited
