Horiatiki (Greek Salad)

The authentic Greek village salad with ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and creamy feta cheese.

Horiatiki (Greek Salad)
The Horiatiki - Greek Village Salad - is perhaps the most iconic dish of Greek summer cuisine. Simple yet sublime, this salad showcases the incredible quality of Greek produce at its peak. We use only the ripest tomatoes bursting with flavor, crisp cucumbers, sharp red onions, and briny Kalamata olives, all topped with a generous slab of creamy feta cheese.

What makes our Greek salad special is our commitment to authenticity. Unlike versions you might find elsewhere, we never add lettuce - that's not traditional. Instead, we let the vegetables shine in their pure form, dressed simply with the finest extra virgin olive oil from local groves and a sprinkle of dried oregano from the hillsides of Halkidiki.

The feta we use is PDO-certified, aged to perfection with that characteristic tangy, slightly salty flavor that Greeks have cherished for centuries. Served with warm crusty bread to soak up the tomato juices and olive oil, this salad is summer on a plate.
