Pork Souvlaki

Tender marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection, a Greek street food favorite.

Pork Souvlaki
Souvlaki is the heart and soul of Greek street food, and at Lauer House, we honor this tradition with the respect it deserves. Our souvlaki starts with carefully selected cuts of pork shoulder, cubed and marinated overnight in a blend of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and Mediterranean herbs that have been perfected over generations.

The magic happens on our charcoal grill, where the skewers are cooked slowly, turned frequently to ensure even caramelization and that irresistible smoky char. The result is meat that's crispy on the outside, incredibly juicy within, with flavors that transport you straight to the bustling streets of Athens.

We serve our souvlaki the traditional way - with warm pita bread, fresh tomatoes, onions, and a generous dollop of our house-made tzatziki. Whether you enjoy it as a quick bite or a full meal with Greek fries and salad, every skewer is a taste of authentic Greece.
